Protester Escorted from Senate Gallery

Capitol Police shuttled Marina Meadows from the Senate on Tuesday evening after she shouted angry protests from the visitors’ gallery.

Witnesses said Meadows, 54, yelled, “You are killing my family!”

No senators were on floor at the time. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m.

The Miami, Fla., resident was arrested and charged with disruption of Congress, according to Capitol Police spokesman Shennell Antrobus.

She is desperate for assistance, her EUC was cut off and her kids are starving. You arrest her? She is a hero for her kids, she is a hero for free speech, she is a hero for 3 million.

She is desperate for assistance, her EUC was cut off and her kids are starving (where is the evidence?), and so she takes the time to visit the Senate floor? Sounds like her priorities are straight. The word ‘heroic’ certainly fits the bill.
