New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg contributed $1,900,000 to his super PAC, Independence USA PAC, during February. The PAC reported he gave $400,000 on 2/5 and 2/6 and 2/8, and $700,000 on 2/14. The PAC spent $1,855,845 during February on independent expenditures supporting Robin Kelly (D-IL) and opposing Deborah Halvorson (D-IL) in the IL-02 Democratic special primary election.
