Bloomberg’s Super PAC Spends $732K Supporting Cory Booker

A neighboring city mayor has politically crossed state lines to make a major independent expenditure on television advertising for Newark Mayor Cory Booker’s U.S. Senate campaign in New Jersey.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s super PAC, Independence USA PAC, reported to the Federal Election Commission it had spent $732,526 on 10/7 for the production and media buys of a television advertisement supporting the U.S. Senate campaign of Cory Booker, D-N.J.
The PAC paid SKDKnickerbocker $17,389 for media production, and paid $715,147 to SKDKnickerbocker for media buys. Booker has been a supporter of Bloomberg’s issue group, Mayors Against Illegal Guns.
