Democratic Super PAC Tops $1 Million for Hagan in North Carolina

A Democratic super PAC has reported already spending more than one million dollars to support a Democratic Senator for her 2014 re-election.

The Senate Majority PAC, a Democratic-oriented super PAC, reported to the Federal Election Commission that it had spent $406,952 last week on independent expenditures supporting Sen. Kay Hagan, D-N.C.

The PAC reported paying Waterfront Strategies $351,500 for media buys; paying SKDKnickerbocker $52,952 for an estimate of production costs; and paying Bully Pulpit Interactive $2,500 for online advertising. The ad highlights Sen. Hagan’s efforts to protect Medicare and Social Security.

That’ll pay for a lot of lying.

And her numbers keep on shrinkin. Before moving here I watched the Dems spend $7 million on a Congressman who voted for Obamacare. His poll numbers didn’t budget at all in spite of that $7 million.

Reid – Hagan – Is there anymore to say.

That is one of the most eloquent statements I have come across in a long time!

Senator Hagin’s current polling is probably more reflective of the current state of public disregard for Congress than a reflection on her job performance.

As the economy improves and hiring picks up in the first and second quarters, her numbers will improve.

She will also be HELPED iby not having the popular GOP Governor at the top of the ticket.

Hagin is far from being a political casualty and the NC Democracy is far from beaten going into 2014.
