Former Members Add Lobby Clients

Former House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt (D-MO), of Gephardt Group Government Affairs, registered to lobby on medicare issues for UnitedHealth Group Inc. Also lobbying will be Tom O’Donnell (former chief of staff to the Majority Leader), and Andrea King (former staff director for Rep. Gephardt).
Former Rep. William Gray III (D-PA), of Gray Global Strategies (DC) registered to lobby for Fluid Dynamics (FL), which is affiliated with Brody Trading Inc., operated by Brody Efraim.
Former Rep. Ray Kogovsek (D-CO), of Kogovsek & Associates, registered to lobby for SolarReserve, a developer of solar energy projects. Kogovsek will give support for development of solar energy project in Saguache County, CO.
Former Rep. Don Sundquist (R-TN), of the Sundquist Group, registered to lobby for APTS Action Inc. (VA), a trade association representing public television stations. He, along with James Boland and Dana Harris, will lobby on Labor, HHS and Education Appropriations bill funding for public television.
Other new registrations: The Internet Association, representing the interests of America’s Internet companies and global users, has hired the Franklin Square Group LLC, to lobby on privacy, cyber security, and intellectual property. The GPS Innovation Alliance, an advocacy group for the GPS industry and GPS users, has hired Heather McNatt Hennessey LLC to lobby on issues related to GPS spectrum policy and GPS infrastructure. Space Dtaa Corporation (AZ), a manufacturer of high-altitude communication systems, has hired Bromelkamp Government Relations (VA) to lobby on National Defense Appropriations and Authorization bills.
