Internet Subcommittee Member Reports Selling $1M-$5M of Microsoft Stock

A member of Congress who sits on the House Judiciary subcommittee with jurisdiction over Internet issues has reported selling between $1 million and $5 million of stock in the Microsoft Corp.
Rep. Suzan DelBene, D-Wash., reported on Wednesday that her spouse sold stock in the Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) on July 22 with a value between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000. DelBene sits on the House Judiciary Committee and its subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet.
In other filings, Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Fla., reported he sold $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 of Lyrical Multi Manager Fund QP LP on July 1. He also sold $500,001 to $1,000,000 of Multi Manager Portfolio LLC on July 1. Buchanan sits on the House Ways and Means Committee.
Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn., reported her spouse sold $500,001 to $1,000,000 of BBH Limited Duration Fund on July 31. Her spouse also bought $500,001 to $1,000,000 of Coatue Qualified Partner Series on Aug. 1. Black sits on the House Ways and Means Committee.
Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, R-N.J., reported he purchased $100,001 to $250,000 of Buffalo International on Aug. 7. Frelinghuysen sits on the House Appropriations Committee.
