Pro-Clinton Super PAC Raises $1.25 Million

A super PAC encouraging and supporting the 2016 presidential campaign of former Secretary of State and former Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., has reported today raising $1.25 million during the first six months of 2013.
Ready for Hillary reported receipts of $1,253,943 and disbursements of $469,303 leaving $784,641 cash on hand as of June 30. Individual donors giving $200 or less gave $188,944. The PAC received $30,000 from PACs and other committees.
The PAC has indicated it has limited contributions to $25,000. Those giving $25,000 include Jack Bendheim (Phibro Animal Heath Corp., NY); Daniel Berger (Boyer & Montague PC, PA); Scott Bessent (Soros Fund Management, BY); Alonzo Cantu (Cantu Construction, TX); Marcy Carsey (Carsey-Werner, CA); Jane Eskind (retired, TN); Richard Eskind (Wells Fargo Advisors, TN); Faith Gay (Quinn Emanuel Urguhart & Sullivan, NY); Agnes Gund (art historian, NY); James Hormel (Equidex Inc., CA); Clifford Hudson (Sonic Corp., OK); Irwin Jacobs (retired, CA); Joan Jacobs (retired, CA); Barbara Lee (philanthropist, MA); Jerry Lundergan (self-employed, KY): Winthrop McCormack (McCormack Publishing, OR); Sanford Robertson (Francisco Partners, CA); Robert Roche (entrepreneur, NV); Cynthia Shapira (community volunteer, PA); Stephen Silberstein (retired, CA); Barbara Stiefel (retired, FL); Ann Grodnick Tenenbaum (philanthropist, NY); Susie Tompkins Buell (Susie Tompkins Buell Foundation, CA).
The PAC is using 270 Strategies for building a field operation. NGP Van is doing website development. Premier Political is doing online advertising. Rising Tide Interactive and Nicole Titus are doing online digital consulting. Sandler Reiff Young & Lamb are providing legal services. Felan Strategies is doing fundraising consulting.
