It’s looking like a busy week with House hearings on media ownership and music licensing, events on cybersecurity and a meeting of the FCC.
Today, the Center for Strategic and International Studies holds an event on its joint report with McAfee on the costs of cybercrime as well as an event Tuesday on the “Safe Harbor” agreement between the E.U. and U.S.
Additionally, the House is scheduled to vote on a NASA reauthorization bill today.
Also on Tuesday, Georgetown University’s Center for Business and Public Policy hosts an event at the Rayburn House Office building called “The Internet and Communications Regulation: A Policy and Technology Symposium.”
Also on Friday, the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus holds a panel on the first sale doctrine and digital content.
